The cool breeze brushed against my fingertips as I walked in a rhythmic pattern, following the melodious tone from mother nature. Different shades of hues contemporaneously foreshadowed the futures of suffering, serenity, love, friendships, and unity. Suddenly, a pine tree blocked my vision as I unanimously looked over at the printed details of God's work. Abundant amounts of moss and lichens traced along the bark as it seemed to scatter about against the tree. As I observed this masterpiece, I begin to think about how it reflects myself. The moss clinging onto the tree represents my survival of life. With many obstacles the moss goes through such as different climates and living organisms hindering its youth and health, the moss continues to grip the tree tightly. Life, as the tree, offers many benefits and problems that almost seem contradictory to call it a masterpiece. However, the moss overlooks most of its problems and gains most of its benefits, in hopes of pursuing its dreams and ambitions. As the moss represents myself and my survival skills, life begins again with a pure sunlight in a clear sky.
